- Kelly Hopkinson, Founder of Be:Well Club: A qualified yoga teacher and breathwork practitioner, Kelly will bring her expertise in holistic wellness, guiding participants through rejuvenating yoga/movement sessions and breathwork techniques.
- Maiwenn Langlois, Founder of Kula Spirit Retreats: Specializing in Pilates and sound healing, Maiwenn will conduct a unique workshop focusing on movement and sound healing, helping participants connect deeply with their bodies and minds.

- 10:00 AM: Arrival, welcome, refreshments, grounding in nature.

- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Cold exposure theory and ice bath immersion.
